At Kingston Noble we only employ experienced consultants with specialist knowledge and understanding of the sectors in which they are recruiting. We understand that relationship building is key so you will be assigned a dedicated consultant so you will always deal with the same person when you call.
After a background of working within Learning Disability services, Nikky entered the Social Care Recruitment market in 1996 progressing from Consultant to Operations Director. Working for 2 UK wide Specialist Recruitment agencies her achievements included significant contract wins of over £10 mil. She was also the strategic co ordinator for business growth from 6 UK offices to 18 over a 5 year period. In her last position she was headhunted to establish a Social Care division with a company that had no prior care experience. This included implementing all relevant policies and procedures, recruiting staff teams and tendering for contract business. As the internal auditor Nikky’s expertise is in ensuring a high level of quality is maintained at all times.
After working within the care sector for over 10 years, with 2 years as a registered Care Manager, Kofi started his career within social care recruitment 9 years ago.
Having no previous recruitment experience Kofi soon displayed his natural ability and expertise in this area and he was the quickest individual to be promoted from consultant to principal consultant in the history of his previous employer. Kofi brings a unique quality to the organisation in that he has also liaised directly with care agencies in his previous management position. He is able to identify the quality of candidates at interview and also relate to the specific requirements that an organisation has. One of Kofi’s most significant achievements was the co ordinating of a project to staff a private learning disability hospital in its entirety. This project included recruiting domestic staff through to senior nursing staff.
